General Terms & Conditions for 2025 T20 Season (Applicable to all offers):

1. All offers mentioned below are applicable exclusively on purchases from Wrogn's official online store (www.wrogn.in) meeting or exceeding the specified purchase amounts.

2. Offers cannot be clubbed or combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes on the Wrogn online store.

3. All items purchased under these offers are eligible only for exchange; returns will not be accepted.

4. Wrogn Private Limited (“Wrogn” / “our”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any of these offers at any time without prior notice.

5. Participants must be aged 18 years or older to qualify for any of these offers.

Offer-specific Terms & Conditions:

1. Shop for ₹4999 or above at MRP & get 1 SRH Match Ticket:

• Offer is valid on purchases of ₹4999 or above made through Wrogn's official online store between 24th March 2025 to 9th May 2025.

• Eligible customers will receive one (1) physical match ticket valid for select Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) home matches scheduled in Hyderabad only.

• Customers who qualify will receive an authorization email within 48 hours of purchase. To claim their tickets, customers must respond to this authorization email within 48 hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe will void eligibility.

• Physical tickets must be collected in person from designated Wrogn collection centers 2 days prior to the specific match at:

       - Wrogn Store, Forum Mall, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

       - Wrogn Store, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad

• Customers must present:

       - A printed/digital copy of the authorization email.

       - Digital copy of their purchase invoice.

       - Valid government-issued photo identification.

• Ticket will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. No substitutions or match preferences are permitted.

• This offer includes match tickets only and excludes transportation, food, beverages, or any other amenities at the stadium.

2. Shop for ₹3999 or above & stand a chance to Win SRH Team Signed Jersey:

• Offer is valid on purchases of ₹3999 or above made through Wrogn's official online store between 21st March 2025 to 22nd May 2025.

• Eligible customers will automatically be entered into a random draw to win a SRH team signed jersey.

• Winners will be randomly selected via a random coupon draw held on the dates mentioned in the table below and notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
